when we initially came into this store we had some issues, some that weren’t being solved. fortunately, we found Maggie’s number (the owner’s assistant). we explained our issues to her and she was very kind, understanding, and patient. she never stopped responding to my messages and sending me updates on the situation. she managed to solve everything in the end, even when it involved a third party. our experience at first wasn’t great, but Maggie definitely changed that!
