I have been trying to get my refund from my Auntie Anne’s order from 1/1/24. Today is the 29th and still no refund because of poor ordering and out of stock. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and as this Eden Prairie, MN location one of your franchise, you should be aware and ashamed of this. No one should have to wait 29 days for a refund and still counting.
