I don’t write bad reviews I contact the company direct if something has gone wrong and I did. My experience was, no care and no responsibility and incompetent, they lost my order gave me excused that “they are busy, under staffed and the boss took my order but it cannot be found” They never apologised and never got back to me despite me giving them a chance to sort it out. Hopefully this review will impact this company to improve the customer service.
Would give zero stars if possible! Asked them to cut a piece of glass for me and the sides came all chipped and jaggered.. The guy tried to justify thats how they all come. When requested to get one done properly they threw the piece of glass in the bin, gave me attitude and refused to recut a new piece unless I pay for the one they stuffed up! Piss poor attitude, unprofessional and absolutely poor workmanship. Will stick with Stevens glass for future glass needs.
