Everything we ever did before finding Gwen, was a nightmare. I would have a near panic attack before going and getting my taxes done. One star for the Administrative woman who answers the phone, I would be shocked if they get any new customers with her attitude problem. I was told when I called last year by a male to call in October to get a spot for new customer, I called once, left message for a call back, never got a call back, called again and asked her what pricing I would be looking at as a new customer simple file, she said "I can't tell you that, I have no idea".
