Everything we ever did before finding Gwen, was a nightmare. I would have a near panic attack before going and getting my taxes done. Gwen is Amazing, Fast, Accurate, and inexpensive compared to alternatives. I love knowing they are taking care of us every year. Will never go anywhere else as long as they are doing this.

One star for the Administrative woman who answers the phone, I would be shocked if they get any new customers with her attitude problem. I was told when I called last year by a male to call in October to get a spot for new customer, I called once, left message for a call back, never got a call back, called again and asked her what pricing I would be looking at as a new customer simple file, she said "I can't tell you that, I have no idea".
