Promised a free vacation. 3 days. 2 nights. We got those 3 days and 2 nights free.......but failed to tell us that those 3 days included travel. So we only enjoy one day of vacation. Scam. Major scam. Also their salesman Mike. He is incredibly rude and racist. He told us how he was worried his native American part of family would start scalping people at a party. Who says that?! No stars, worst customer service ever. Had a guy name Byron which was just rude all the way through the presentation. Was hella racist to my boyfriend and make rude joke about our relationship and our kids because we didn’t want to pay for a timeshare. We will never come back to this place. Telling my friends and family to never go to this company. They are plain out rude and disrespectful. Was not worth the time or distance to get there.

Came for the presentation, stayed for the product – So, my wife and I came in last year to a presentation. We had a heck of a time getting a babysitter for our little one. My parents have been to a ton of Timeshare presentations so they prepared us to turn this down. I have to say though, what we did was totally unexpected. We became owners. Now you can laugh at me or call me a sucker but we have been to the beach 3 times and Seattle, and Sunriver. All we do is local drive-to places. Did not deliver – I was also promised on the phone to receive a $50 gift certificate for dinner, round trip airline tickets and a gas card. I even made a point to confirm with the marketing company that I made enough money and was old enough to attend the presentation (as I've been burned by this in the past with these types of things). Dishonest and False Promises – My wife and I were invited to learn about the VI Resort and for our time were offered a $50 gift card and 2-night vacation at select locations. After spending over an hour driving over to their Vancouver office, I was told that I would not get the gifts promised -- at least we didn't have to sit through the timeshare presentation.
