Took my car in as Auto gearbox was slipping and suspected clutch issue. Dave is a star kept me up to date on the work they where doing and after the clutch was replaced the issue was still present( not there fault as the car was booked in by myself for a clutch replacement not diagnostic work). Another great experience at V-Hub! I asked if it was possible to have the car done early as I had an afternoon appointment and it was ready before lunch! A few weeks ago, I took my car in for overheating issues. David was great at communicating what was going on and I was able to have a loan car to go home so they could keep my car overnight.
Took my van in for a diagnostic scan but made to feel like I wasnt the right demographic of customer for them. Charged £96 for a scan, didn't clear the codes either. Was told I would be contacted to arrange further work but they never bothered. Will take my business elsewhere. Editing after follow up from VHub: Was told I would be called to discuss next steps which didn't happen, hard to make a decision if you're not contacted.
