Took my van in for a diagnostic scan but made to feel like I wasnt the right demographic of customer for them. Charged £96 for a scan, didn't clear the codes either. Was told I would be contacted to arrange further work but they never bothered. Will take my business elsewhere.
Awesome service from the first call to pick up
Great independent VW specialist, been using them for years for servicing and MOTs, good prices for VW specific service items. They offer a paid for courtesy car if you can leave the car all day as well as waiting appointments where you can set up your laptop in a comfy waiting room and do some work
