DO NOTTT BOOK WITH AZI!!!!! She will waste your time! She lied and came up with a fake emergency 30 minutes before my appointment. Very unprofessional 0/10 recommend.
I’ll start by saying Azi is a very talented nail tech. The skill is there but she does not show up to her appointments and makes it a hassle to get your deposit back after she cancels on you. I started going to her in 2023, referred her to my mom and cousin and she cancelled both of their appointments twice and dragged her feet with returning the deposit. DO NOT GO TO AZIAONNA! I spoke with Aziaonna via her instagram @clawsbyazi on 6/23 about a nail appointment the morning of 6/25. She told me that she had availability that day at 9 a.m. so I sent her my deposit. 6/25 at 8:46 a.m. she texts me saying that she will have to reschedule to later in the day. Excellent customer service. Very clean, professional and personal. Excellent nail techs/artist. Attentive to your needs and wants. Very knowledgeable about nail care. Also very creative. They are serious about their craft. They give you the true feeling/experience of pampering and uplifting yourself. Thank you V Hive family !
Made an appointment days in advance. They tried to reschedule my appointment 15 minutes before the start time. I showed up, considering the fact that I was enroute. There was only one customer being serviced when I arrived. I waited approximately 30 minutes and then I was asked again if I wanted to reschedule. I took that as a sign to cancel.
