Maddox did a great job of making sure my HVAC system was functioning correctly. He checked the inside and outside equipment to make they were working properly. He spent quite a bit of time, and took loads of pictures to show me how everything worked. I was very happy with his service. He was also very polite, and communicated with my dogs, too. I will have Jay’s come back out before the winter season to check my system again.
The young man went right to where he thought the problem was and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and explained all to me.
