This company does not know how to work on a residential level. They are very unprofessional!!! They came out Friday to fix my clogged tub. They found one problem and said they would return Tuesday to fix my leaky toilet and make a modification to the tub drain. I don't know why they could not return Monday. Tuesday they never showed, after placing a call they said that a commercial business had an emergency and they would come out Wednesday. Gilstrap is one of the few plumbing companies that my family can trust. I had a bad experience with some plumbers out of Atlanta, and Gilstrap helped me with that issue. The Gilstrap folks have done a lot of good work on my mother's house...unlike some other plumbers, GILSTRAP PLUMBING DOES NOT CHEAT OR DEFRAUD ELDERLY PEOPLE!!! They are expert in their work and they are HONEST. I have been put through the wringer with dishonest plumbers...but this company is not a bunch of rip-off artists.
