Kya my sales person was awesome and answered all my questions and followed up on my concerns. She really made it an easy process. Todd the GM worked with us to get our car delivered to us as we live over 4 hrs away. He actually delivered it himself. Matt from finance , did a great Job as well, he found us the best interest rate with great terms that fit our budget. Overall the V&H team did a great job for us and I would recommend them to anyone.
So, I had a few SUVs picked out to look at before I got to V&H. I asked to have an experienced person help me kind of dwindle down a few. The first one I drove was the one !! Kya Dotson was my salesperson. She showed me the other three, but they didn't hold up to my Ford Edge Titanium. It was beautiful inside and out. The sale went so smoothly. Kya knew her SUVs , answered my questions before they were even asked. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!!!! Thank You Kya
Rude service department staff, came in for a quote to repair a vehicle and was told to leave cause it's not American. Even though I bought two vehicles from VH in the past. Absolutely horrible customer service
Well as my wife said it started off well found a nice little Kia sportage and purchased it. A few days later had to bring it in for engine noise and they welded the exhaust, few days later engine light comes on was told it needed o2 sensors they refused to fix even though the computer showed they knew about it but had just reset the code. After I fixed that for 500 light comes back in this time it’s vvt sensors I had them fixed another 500 even though the computer said it had been reset while at the dealer instead of fixing ... read more
