Came up for opening weekend and was helping my mom go over her car to see if it needed anything. Replaced the cabin air filter in November for her. Took the car in 2 weeks ago and they told her she needed another one and broke her glove box in the process and didn’t bother to try and put in back in correctly. Did not appreciate that call.
Javon was great to work with on purchasing my wife's 2020 Ford Explorer ST. Had some issues with the vehicle (to be expected being six years old) but they quickly took care of nearly all the issues that we found. Very happy to work with a great team!
