Warning - I had a Qiqi straightening treatment and was quoted $299. They charged me over $600 as I have thick hair - yes I have a lot of hair but only shoulder length and surely not double the quoted price. The rather crass manager could not understand my horror at the cost and told me this was standard for the treatment. I checked with a few other places and they were appalled - some didn't charge extra and others a flat $50 for thick or long hair. Needless to say I will not step foot in the place again!
