The Best boxing fitness class in NYC I found V fitness online and decided to give it a shot, I'm glad I did! For only $20 their 90 class kicked my ass. I felt the results the next day too! Not every class does that. The class was outside in central park, which is always a great place to be. Central park was great the day I went, I imagine it's rougher on really hot days, but it's in the evening so I doubt its ever too bad.
