Having a 6 year background in CrossFit training, this is the best cross training I’ve experienced in 6 months of living across San Juan and the whole east side of the island. Excellent workout! Very easy to follow along as instructions were in English and Spanish. Masks are only required when leaving one's area (getting equipment).
