The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the repair experience. After an accident, the shop repaired the visible body damage but did not road-test my vehicle before returning it to me. I later discovered a serious braking issue on the same side that was hit and was advised not to drive the car. I expected a much more thorough safety inspection following a significant accident. 0 stars if I could. I was on the phone with them, and the woman I spoke with was very rude, angry, and clearly frustrated while talking to a customer. The way she communicated was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and patient, regardless of the situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.
Impeccable attention to detail. Their body work is showroom quality. And best of all, they are Veteran Owned.
2/6/26 -- I seem to have a talent for attracting people to rear ending my vehicle while I'm sitting still at a traffic light. The last time it happened was in 2015 (with a different vehicle) and so I knew EXACTLY where to go to get fixed up right Today was pickup day and once again, V&F came through with flying colors! I brought my car here. They got it back to me in exactly 2 weeks. The estimated time was 3 weeks so I was very happy about that. They are extremely responsive on the phone. The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great.
