Outstanding shop. Super communicative and went above and beyond to help me connect with Island Owl for a part recall. (Side note: Island owl also incredible service) Definitely would use both teams again
We really appreciated the fantastic service from V-echo on a recent road trip. Our old RV developed a horrible squeal on the way to Port McNeill, and they had us fixed up in no time. The mechanic was clearly extremely knowledgable about how to fix it, and was kind enough to fit us in. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring a car back in the future for this honest and competent service. Thanks for saving us from the squeal!
V-Echo saves the day! Although Port McNeil has no obvious motorcycle service shop, thankfully it has people who want to help. Our breakdown during the North Island 1000 would have been a disaster without V-Echo and Brenda who went above and beyond to make sure we were ready to continue our adventure. Our rental car broke down with leaking fuel at Telegraph Cove and the tow driver recommended this shop. And we are so glad he did! Our car was fixed very quickly and they saved our vacation! Thanks alot again to Brenda and her team!
