Arrived from Esperance with a light on dash on and thought to try my luck at any of the five big VW dealers in Perth. No luck with any so I thought I’d try a small VW workshop. Rang these guys and Kurt was a dead set legend : bring it in now and we’ll do a scan on the spot. I wasn’t expecting much but helped me out and got my on my way. Thank you kindly for your immediate help and service. And thx Google for the search
Have been using v-dub on and off for years now and have to say that they are the absolute BEST. Kurt is a legend and goes out of his way to help people and also tries to save them money where possible rather than trying to fix things that don't need fixing. Highly recommended.
Absolutely trustworthy
Had an electrical failure with the cruise on my VW Golf coming into Fremantle last week while on a driving holiday. Kurt fit the car in at short notice to run a diagnostic on the car’s electrical (despite being fully booked for 2 weeks) as we had limited time. When they realised it looked like it could be a big job they rang to discuss it with me, and then suggested we take it to a dealership, as the car was still under warranty. Great service and friendly, honest staff! Big thanks to Kurt and the crew!
Very happy with the service I received today with a minor repair on my 2018 VW Golf. These guys are honest and fair with their pricing, and it actually came out a little bit cheaper than initially quoted. They were also efficient and got the job done no fuss. It’s not easy to find mechanics who always do the right thing. Keep it up guys. I will recommend you to others in future.
