They were prompt to get to me once I arrived, not long afterwards I was speaking with the audiologist. Still awaiting to see what portion my insurance will cover.

I found Beltone to be woefully outclassed by over the counter hearing aids with much more capabilities at a much lower price range. I was given a choice of 1 hearing in the under $500 range. No bluetooth, no tinnitus suppression and no app for using smart phone to control adjustments or answer calls. These are all included in basic models of over the counter hearing devices in the $500.00 range. Most places have models displayed for customers to review. None were on display.
