As a local business owner and neighbor, I had a strange problem happen in my store where we lost a third of our lighting and a bunch of outlets that lost power. I called yesterday morning, and they told me they would be here between 12-2pm. Much to my surprise, they showed up at 10am, worked diligently and I was fixed and they were gone before noon!! Sold me a piece of machinery that they assured was in perfect working condition had it picked up and delivered and the motor was completely fried. Refused to give a refund and say it's not their problem. Not to mention their employee that facilitated the transaction is a thief who they now employ after he stole from another electrical contractor.!
