I’m very disappointed. I took my daughter here twice and it was a good experience. So I book for two appointments one for me and one for my daughter. Only to get there today and sit for almost 2 hours with no response. Is a problem. If u k know ur busy. Say that. Don’t nobody like to waste time and gas. That they will not get back. Smh just sad.

Scam you to pay more and this is from the owner. Left a bad taste. Plus she is really only kind to people she knows, SMH. The 2nd girl who helps is kind, respectful to all customers.
Booked online via fresha app. Received a confirmation yesterday for my appointment. Get to salon and it is locked. I call and there's no answer, voicemail says to send a text. No response to text. Thanks for nothing now I won't have my hair done for my trip. yikes this is a first for me for a SALON to ghost me.
