That's terrible I scheduled an appointment month before when I arrived they closed. It was freezing outside 🥶🥶 I had to paid Uber. That's not professional.
I’ve given Koni and her team MULTIPLE opportunities to have a loyal customer. But time and time again I am disappointed in the lack of organization or structure to the appointment system they have. I’ve had an appointment where they were doing someone’s hair for 45 minutes into MY scheduled time, then my appointment ran 3 hours versus the 1 1/2 hour it was expected to be.
