Worst "patient advocate" ever! Called for 3 months straight, once a week. Never answered the phone, never called back about the abomination they call free dental care. Filed complaints, nothing changed. Took 1 1/2 years to get partials. Really! Rep. Lied about reason they were taking so long. Dental dept. Doesn't even lie well. Keep your story straight, why lie? I go to VA OutPatient Clinic in Pensacola here in FL. I’ve never have a problem so far. The staff, doctors and nurses are always nice and friendly to me. This VA Outpatient Clinic have taken care of me since a moved here 9years ago. I’m just sad that I see different Primary Care doctors whenever I go.
NP Jeanne L. Jones doesn't care about veterans. Wont prescribed OTC medicine and just expects veterans to buy it out of their own pocket when the VA specifically states they will cover it. This is the worst va I've ever been seen at its bull that it takes us over 2 months to see our family doctor when we need to see them because we've gotten injured plus get referred to the out side then that referrel runs out and the don't renew your prescription that you need just pathic they rather take care of someone that comes here illegal than us veterans so I have to go back to er for the fourth time just pathetic
