Been to a handful of VA's, my care provider here is one of the best I've had but the rest of it is terrible. Wait times, unorganized, miscommunications, and alot of headache.
New in Pensacola. Have been to at least a dozen other locations. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone here. If you need to make an appointment with the eye clinic, it appears that you have to go to the facility to make it happen. Update July 14, 2025: You'll probably die before they get you in for an appointment.
Tried to schedule an appointment. Was told almost 3 months to be seen
Initial meeting to register was great, but nothing since then offers much hope. A PCP appointment is needed before they'll assign a local physician. Went in Apr 29, and they keep moving my initial appt back more and more. Now it's in Sept! It doesn't do much good when you've been sick for the last two weeks.
