Been to the VA in Pensacola several times with less than desirable results. Went in yesterday 12/1/2025 and to my surprise, seems like new attitudes and now great service. Thank you so much. Also want to mention one by name that I feel went above and beyond to explain certain things and how they work. Her name is Marie Williams, works where they issure the ID cards. I wouldn't wish the healthcare provided here on my worst enemy...
My husband really loved his new doctor this past time he went. After 4 years of going around and around with community care and doctors retiring or quiting, he feels he finally has a great primary care doctor. We are praying all of the referrals get taken care of soon. He just received his new medication. Richard Sutphin says thank you!
Brought my mother here for a 730am appointment after a 2 hour wait we were notified the doctor had just arrived 930am Why the hell are y'all having people arrive 2 hours before a doctor even shows up. We will be following up with the PA and ORM to file complaints. What a disgrace these people are.
