I wish I could leave less than a one star review. Terrible customer service. Never answer the phone! Never open! Screwed up my billing terribly left me without propane in my house for a week in February. Never do I ever want to spend another penny in this business. So terrible. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE.
Came to get two tanks filled at 1pm on a Friday before heading out on a trip. Store is closed from 12-1 for lunch. Waited until 1:45pm and no one showed up. 5 other people showed up during that time to get tanks filled. Store locked up with no sign stating when they would be back or why they were closed. Headed to Cal-Ranch instead.

Very good customer service. Exchanged tanks here and the gentlemen was helpful to explain tank recertification dates and requirements.
Called 8 days ago to get tank refilled an after day 6, nothing. After getting a lame excuse, I was scheduled for delivery on Friday . It's Saturday, still no delivery and guess what, they are closed. Shouldn't be a problem, it's only getting to single digits below zero, first year of service since V1 merged with America's and last year for my business, oh, I have been on the emergency line for 22 minutes and counting. PS you are going to want to do something about your lame hold music
