I am not local but I often around the area so I decided to look for a new salon. The salon looked cute and has decent reviews so I booked through Fresha . I booked for a gel-x with extension and gel pedicure on Sept 29 before I left for vacation on 10/2. Jessie did my Gel manicure and I think Rose did my gel pedi. I made an appointment online for a basic manicure and pedicure. When I arrived at the appointment time, they seemed surprised that I was there. I was told to wait in the chair while one of the two of the artist/technicians finished with her client. I thought it might be 5-10 minutes. I decided to leave after waiting 20 minutes. It was a really bizarre experience.
Cyndi did a great job removing my old acrylics gently and with minimal damage. She was very patient and did a thorough job prepping my nails for a new gel-x set. Great design work and attention to detail.
