The office staff Dorene is very unprofessional and does not care about the patients request, she'll either say they'll get back to you when they can and today Dec 5 she said keep your fingers crossed when I requested a prescription be call in to the pharmacy for the 2nd time in 2 days. It shouldn't take that long for the dr to do something so minor. GREAT DOCTOR!! WILL ALWAY HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST!!
Do not use this doctor. If you come I for an issue she will not fix you. She will say "let's wait a week and see how you feel". Another two weeks and the third copay later she refers you to another doctor. Refuses to give pain meds when you are obviously in a lot of pain. DO NOT USE!!!
