Dr Esan is a wonderful doctor. The office policies are horrible. I called to ask for a referral to a specialist. I was told that if I did not speak to the doctor already, I had to come into the office for a referral. I told him that I already spoke to the doctor and all I need is the referral. She then stated, regardless I have to come into the office. I get to the office 12 minutes late and was told I need to reschedule.
