Very negative experience
My daughter had an appt with this Dr Usman, we were originally told my daughter was FINALLY getting an MRI at this appt. Turns out to our disappointment that did not happen and Usman was unaware of what we were told. My daughter who is 22 did not feel heard and had to repeat her information and health issues multiple times because it seemed the doctor was just not hearing her fully, and with definite lack of compassion.
