Dr Uzma Hasan is the best Kaiser Permanent PCP I have had so far since over 15 years I have been its patient. She listens to her patients’ medical complaints and takes appropriate steps to ensure her patient gets better treatment.

Issue with facilities. Specifically, the elevators! They do not indicate which direction the elevators are going, up or down. There is a red and white light but both are CIRCLES. No indication which color indicates which direction. Change out the circles for directional arrows.
