It took Dr. shafqat 45 min to enter the exam room after I was roomed by the MA. I tried to let it slide when I felt that the reason as to why she was taking so long was because she was reviewing my chart but she was clueless. Asking me questions that she could have easily found on my chart. It was only until she put her badge on the computer to sign on in the exam room and started reading my chart in front of me. Dr. Shafqat is an excellent doctor. She is attentive, receptive, and is a skilled endocrinologist. She has been my endocrinologist for several years and I have always found her to be very knowledgable and approachable. The other reviews are for the office staff and should not be attributed to Dr. Shafqat.
