Since my 1st appt with her,last year, I complained about my eyes feeling gritty and sensitive to light. She has a pamphlet about TED, that's exactly how I felt and I expressed that to her. She blew me off and said it was impossible I had TED. HERE I am a year later with a swollen eye and bulging eyeball!!!!!!!!! And i went from hypo to hyper under her professional care!!!! She is inept. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Super unprofessional office. Nobody knows appointment times, cancelled appointments without any notice. Zeros stars would be more fitting. Phones either dont work or they refuse to answer. Made an appointment three months ago to come in three months later and be rescheduled because "the new girl messed up" and that supposed " new girl" was the same one rescheduling us today. They need better staff or something completely ridiculous.
They don’t answer there phones I’ve been calling since September. This is just crazy.
Never pickup the calls. Terrible service
