I've never felt more seen, safe, and heard with a doctor. Dr. Naeem is so knowledgeable and kind. She wants you to have the birthing experience that you desire and helps you to feel confident and comfortable during one of the most intense, life-changing experiences. And if things go awry, like in my second pregnancy/delivery, she is there to support you and your family however she can. After my surgery at MD Anderson I returned home and called Dr Naeem to try to make an appointment to see about setting up Home Health, but could never get through, I was got the answering machine. After calling at least 4 times and never getting a call back I gave up. I even had my nurse call from MD Anderson and even she couldn’t get in touch with the staff or the Doctor. This behavior is inappropriate and I will certainly not be back.
