Suspect this lot are drop shippers with no interest or care about customers. I ordered a part and paid for it then get my order cancelled and refunded with no explanation apart from its out of stock!? How could I order it then ? Avoid at all costs

I had 20 sheets of 19mm walnut mdf delivered. After using some of them I noticed a problem in that they are not 19mm thick but 18.4mm. The veneer is too thin, which causes the glue beneath to show through. I have spoken to Builder about this, unfortunately they didn’t want to know.

Maks is the most professional, responsive and punctual person I’ve dealt with. He recently remodeled my kitchen.
