First I'll say if you are debating whether to try Uyayi Accupuncture or not, don't hesitate. I wish I had gone sooner. This is a results-oriented practice that aims to truly heal people, whether standalone or as part of a comprehensive medical program. After an intensive treatment program only occasional maintenance appointments are needed here, which is the way healing should be. It is quite rare for a non-Chinese acupuncturist to be SO knowledgeable of this craft. While I understand completely of the stereotype, I gave Francis a try and I am glad I did! Not only is he knowledgeable of all the “points,” he’s very enthusiastic about his work and mastering this craft. It is a very relaxing space and there is never any unnecessary pressure during the sessions. Everything is also laid out ahead of time so you know what you are getting.
