The process to rent a storage unit is very easy. I called in a few times to get information and organized for my rental. Today Nor made the process very smooth, answered all my questions, and I was able to do all of this without going into the office. Thank you for great customer service!

Had the worst experience. Move out date was set for the 31 we moved out prior to the 31st. Received a notification on the second that my payment hadn’t been received for the following month. Called in and was told I had to pay another month for failure to provide proof of the move out. Got hung up on twice by representatives while trying to explain that move out happened prior to the move out date the was set.
