A big shout-out to these guys, I took my old mower there, they assessed it as not worth fixing (blown head gasket) and when I asked how much for the assessment they said: NOTHING! This kind of service is so rare these days, it feels like everyone is trying to squeeze every cent out of customers, but not here! Respect.
Amazing customer service and excellent high quality products.Needed a Honda generator quickly. They helped select the right unit and had it ready before we got there. Provided a friendly and thorough rundown on operation. Well done!
I actually traveled almost an hour to deal with this company. They beat my local price and their service subsequently also beat my local Toro dealer (Peterborough). They will e getting the rest of my business now.
My past experiences with small engine repair shops were not the best. Until l went to Uxbridge Mowers with my Cadet riding lawnmower that started when it wanted to. I was told it could maybe take up to two weeks before they could look at it , since they were very busy. ‘’My riding lawn mower was ready in two day’s.’’ I also gave them the ok to do a regular maintenance on the machine. ‘’They told me there was no need for maintenance on it at this point when l picked it up’’.
