My snowblower was relatively new and had a broken paddle. This typically wouldn’t be covered by warranty. Billy went above and beyond and worked with the manufacturer to see if they would cover the warranty. I also asked for a servicing of the snowblower but Uxbridge mower determined it wasn’t necessary. Other companies out there would have just done it even though it wouldn’t have been needed. Not Uxbridge Mower! They provide amazing service.
