I initially had an issue during my visit to Uxbridge Hospital at 3:45 PM for a CT scan, where my email was entered incorrectly at Desk 1, and I was told to call the call center to fix it. I visited Uxbridge Hospital today at 3:45 PM for a CT scan. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist at Desk 1 was frustrating. She entered my email incorrectly, and despite checking it three times, the mistake remained. When I asked her to correct it, she refused, saying I had to call the call center instead. Although my doctor was waiting for my MIR on my knee before I could get a cortisone shot into my knee, he has had the results for over a week. The front desk has not been of any help to get him to respond to my daily calls. They think that it is ok for me to wait another month in order to get an appointment and drive for 90 minutes to get there.
