We had an upgrade completed on our alarm panel today, and our technician, Lodgrick, provided exceptional service. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was functioning properly before his departure. Lodgrick also took the initiative to inform us of additional features and future upgrade options. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and overall professionalism
Very courteous and knowledgeable in home service. Jorge discussed what he needed to do, walked me through the setup/admin of the various connections; and setup up a unique name for my new access point/extender so I could troubleshoot any throughput issues. He also did a great job organizing my network access panel and the various cables and devices.
Our tech was knowledgeable and helpful- took the time to explain how the camera failed.
Darren was exhibited high professionalism and exceptional work.
