The City of LA forces us to use UWS - such a disaster. Twice the cost and half the care. Had zero problems before and now every other month a missed pickup.
Using their automated system sucks. Prices are doubled then the last company we had and we had 2 pickups a week!
Incompetence at its finest. Worst trash pick up company ever
