I don't recommend uwharrie cabins the cabins are very nice they are right on top of each other (no privacy the WiFi does not work when we called about it not working the lady let us know quick she was not wanting to help and didn't care They have games for your convenient (all the games are missing pieces) I will not go back and would not recommend to anyone

Great cabins in the Uwharrie National Forest.
We stayed two nights here on a recent road trip and could not say enough good things about our experience. Our cabin, the Ponderosa, was simply but adequately furnished with a full kitchen, bathroom, two cozy beds, and satellite TV. The front porch and the outdoor grill and fire pit areas are well kept and perfect for relaxing in your rocking chair or starting a bonfire.
