Just to put it out there I know it’s a late response!!! But this dentist put me through the worst experience of my life, I wore braces for years and they financially made me get my braces off while they left my two front teeth uneven when I told them continuously they put the brackets on uneven, also they kept saying my gums where unhealthy when I brushed and flossed all the time! The efforts and services provided at this facility are nothing short of excellent.
This rating is not so much to do with the facility or the people there but more to do with the rules and regulations of the facility. I was staying next door at the Ronald McDonald House with my sick son. My wife was there also for the first week. RMH provided parking for one car per family so I had to find parking elsewhere, which always cost money. Meanwhile UWA has about 200 parking spaces next door that are not used at night but selfishly you are not allowed to park there as it has a boom gate and incures a $100 fine. Wh... read more
Waited ages for appointment. WA!(wait awhile) Then got 2 out of synch - different departments. Uncoordinated, argumentative, clueless, fumbling, still practising.
I have nothing but praise for the professional and understanding way I have been treated. Special thanks to Ganathy who looked after me for two years and is now qualified
