Dr Owens and Dr Chiang where wonderful to work with and I really appreciate how much they explained everything that was going to be happening. They made sure I understood and was comfortable with the procedure I had. As someone that has never had a surgery before the staff at UW Montlake where also very reassuring and made the experience a lot better then I expected.

I am a rather unique medical case, as mine has never been seen in any form of medical history, and he has been outstanding in coordinating my care, encouraging me to make decisions that benefit my health, while providing me all possible options, explaining each individual benefit and risk. He also takes notice of each individual detail I share, even remembering when i had spoke to him abou... read more

Upon contacting my insurance, I was told that the visit had been coded as an out-patient hospital visit, and thus was not able to be covered as a typical check-up. This was extremely surprising to me, as at no point in the scheduling or appointment was I told that the type of appointment was ... read more
