This is not a caring environment. Attendings will leave before you're done being seen because the staff decided on your behalf that you're not doing the procedure that you've already prepped for by putting yourself in a vulnerable emotional and mental state to endure. Now you have to shell out more time and money to go through EVERYTHING again during a work day just to get the stupid thing done. The most traumatic and aggravating experience I have ever endured
I have been coming to this clinic since July 2023 and I couldn't be happier with the care I have received throughout my entire time as a patient. Genuinely the best clinic I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient at. Although the UW Medicine/Harborview phone system is definitely flawed and the wait time for a new-patient appointment can be extremely long sometimes, everyone at this clinic does their best to make sure I am taken care of.
