This is not urgent care! I waited and watched people getting taken back as soon as they came in the door, Evidently you can book your urgent care appt online. I did not know this and sat there being bypassed for over an hour! I came in with heart issues and the never triage me or looked at me at all. People with rashes were taken ahead of me! I've been here over 2 1/2 hours. There's no way this is "urgent" care... it's urgent patients and care-free care.
