Worst billing department I have ever dealt with. 1. I went for office visit and the doctor asked me if I wanted to do preventative test. I went along. Billing department billed HPV test with the service for Vulvar vestibulitis instead of preventative. Thus my lab not covered by insurance. Simple google can tell anyone Vulvar vestibulitis has nothing to do with HPV test. 2. 1st HPV test came back as false positive. Because 2nd was negative. Doctor Fuchs was one of the best doctors I met. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. However, Worst billing department I have ever dealt with. My doctor says I should not pay for the HPV test but the billing department keep refusing bill my insurance the HPV test as preventative. My doctor even added addendum on the note saying it was preventative. The worst part is my first test was false positive. And the hospital billed my insurance for non preventative again. Worst obgyn clinic I've ever been to. They have little to no knowledge about Endometriosis. I do not recommend for someone who has Endometriosis, go to a real Endometriosis specialist like Pacific Endometriosis and Pelvic Surgery. The doctors au UW Medicine Women's Clinic won't help one bit. They also won't refer you if they don't know how to help you. You have to question them about your condition to get them to admit they don't have the knowledge or can't help you.
