I was seen quickly and my doctor listened to my concerns. I like that I can wait at home for my Urgent Care visit since there were 19 people ahead of me. I like the texts reminding me when it’s time to leave my house.
This place is terrible for walk-ins. This is the 2nd time I've tried to come in as a walk-in and been meet with a sign on the door saying they're full. I called the 1st time and was told that everything was ok for walk-ins. Showed up about 35 minutes later and the sign was on the door saying they were full. If this happens to you there's an Indigo walk-in clinic on Ballinger Way, in the same parking lot that Thriftway is in.
Not just urgent care but family medicine also. All ways excellent.
