I cannot say enough good things about the HMC Senior Care Clinic — and specifically about Dr Reema Navalurkar, who stepped in as my husband’s PCP at an early stage of his Lewy body dementia diagnosis — and has been there at each step of the way of his rapid and unique decline because of this brutal disease. We had a horrible experience with Dr. Reema Navalurkar. She is definitely not prepared to treat geriatric patients, lacking compassion and understanding. She walked out of our appointment when I tried to clarify facts about my mom's health history, as she kept making assumptions based on glancing through her medical history, asking me half-baked questions out of context. She obviously wasn't prepared for the appointment, but said she is going through 95 years of medical history - really, in a 30min appointment? Total waste o... read more
