Great location and staff are always super friendly and kind. UW in general is just great to work with but I always look forward to my appointments here.

Do not recommend this location or Dr. Sadie Mitten. She did not follow through with what was promised. I was billed nearly $400 (after insurance) for a useless 20 minute virtual appointment.

Update 8/5/25: They have turned everything around. Fast, kind, smart, the front desk is great! After years of this being badly managed, the front desk is just awesome! Update 7/10/23: my review remains the same. Using these doctors requires hand holding in babysitting. I had to call and email for days to get a form filled out, after waiting 2 weeks for the doctor to send it over. Getting anyone to do anything is like pulling teeth.
