Will not be returning here. It’s bad enough that we have to pay for parking, but waiting over 60 minutes for a simple lab draw is completely unacceptable. I can — and will — find care elsewhere. This was a ridiculous and costly waste of my time. The front desk staff at the lab was incredibly rude. After sitting there for 30 minutes, the receptionist approached me and falsely claimed that I had forgotten my ticket. I never left it there — she simply never gave it to me. There are no doctors here currently accepting new patients. I spent an hour looking through the doctors and finding a few I thought would work, only to call and find out they are full I feel bad about 1 star, but didn't know what else to put and mostly just wanted to note this here so others may see it!
My friend experienced medical racism here. Dr Karen Lin should be assessed on her bedside manner. She showed zero empathy or care when my friend was visibly upset. Dr. Lin performed a procedure before the local anesthetic had set in and my friend was in pain. I’ll also add the doctor was an hour late for her appointment.
