I typically don’t write negative reviews for medical facilities, but this one truly needs to hear the feedback—their customer service is awful. I recently took my son to the Mountlake Terrace Clinic. During the visit, the doctor and medical team were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the issues began after the appointment. I have never had a bad experience at UW Medicine Mt Lake Terrace. The front desk, lab and radiology techs, Emily Easley and Heather, are all the BEST. Caring, knowledgeable, and understand my needs
I have used this clinic for urgent care several times. Desk staff are as friendly as they can be. Nurses and Doctors have given me great care. I do recommend this clinic.
