I have never had a bad experience at UW Medicine Mt Lake Terrace. The front desk, lab and radiology techs, Emily Easley and Heather, are all the BEST. Caring, knowledgeable, and understand my needs
I have used this clinic for urgent care several times. Desk staff are as friendly as they can be. Nurses and Doctors have given me great care. I do recommend this clinic.
I received the best care here that I have had in years. The doctor was kind, caring and thorough. I was able to have multiple screening tests (xray and ekg) and bloodwork all done at this same office which made the whole process so easy.
New facility, great staff and doctors, was able to book on line and stay at home until appointment time. Much better option than ER.
