I have been waiting for a reply or action on our prior authorization for medication for a full month now.
my appointment is 4pm , I waited almost 2hous. that was horrible
They have good service you don't waite so long it's one after one .
Now I know why it takes Months to get an Appointment! I called to just get a primary Doctor and my wait time to talk to someone was 45 minutes! I would have better Luck going to Burger King to get Help! this place is a Joke!
