Brian Lam, DO has consistently not ordered labs I requested even after verbally confirming he would order them. He has consistently ignored reading and going over my labs and reports and I have to prompt him to do so every time and he drags his feet while doing it. Every single thing I request, I have to fight with him and go back and forth with him about it to get it done.
