Dr. Deepthika Ennamuri was unprofessional and condescending when I saw her. What made me laugh in hindsight was that she kept explaining the same thing over and over again but louder and with a silly voice each time in an effort to be condescending and rude. I was asking different questions but she just kept on in that way. It was like dealing with a toddler and not a doctor. I'd recommend getting a different provider. If I could give them 0 stars I would, I’ve been calling for 2 hours and nobody has answered the phone, they won’t even answer other uw representatives that tried to help and call, beyond outrageous for a primary care line
My provider was always great during visits. Very empathetic, and gave a lot of good, practical recommendations. Really willing to take the time and answer any questions I had, and make sure I was taken care of (eg referring into a different system when UW was very behind). The staff is pretty unresponsive outside of visits, despite hearing things like “shoot us a message if you run into issues”. E.g. simple MyChart messages for things like switching a pharmacy not getting a response, or taking a week, prescription refills fo... read more
This place is a great example of the joke that is American Healthcare. I have been trying to establish care here and have had two set appointments canceled. I'm now going on 6 months trying to establish care and, clearly, they couldn't care less about patient scheduling or taking care of people. Absolute joke.
