I'm not really sure why I keep going to this clinic, but I do believe it is time for me to go elsewhere. I've been literally laughed at by an older male doctor, completely forgotten about, dismissed, and continuously rushed through appointments by almost every doctor or ARNP I've seen there. It seems to be specifically here that they are trained to tell you, "don't worry, you're fine" regardless of the severity of the symptoms you're complaining about or the concerning results of blood tests. Dr Mistretta has been great to work with. Super empathetic, a great advocate, and able to give practical advice. I really feel like I can trust him with my concerns, and be treated with respect. The nursing staff and folks working with the lab are all exceptionally friendly as well. Managing clerical issues between appointments over MyChart is usually kinda rough (eg prior auth is a mess), and the UW system in general can be quite slow, with the recent Aetna dispute disrupting care and leading to some very negative health ou... read more
