I went to this office for a potential vocal node. The doctors we're fine, the people were nice, but scheduling was a nightmare. It took multiple months to get some to even get back to me to schedule and that was only because I kept messaging them about it. And on top of that, know that if you want and estimate for the likely incredibly expensive appointment you must request that 3 days before your appointment. The scheduling process here is truly painful. After my primary care doctor sent a referral, I waited over a month without hearing anything. When I finally called, I sat on hold for about an hour and was told my chart was “under review” and that someone would contact me shortly. Nobody did. Spoke to someone at front desk to schedule an appointment for my mother. Her Name is Jo or Joanna. Super rude, got frustrated for the smallest inconvenience. Unprofessional to raise your voice. If I could give a negative review I would. Fix your attitude.

I drive down from Bellingham to see Dr. Lu for my facial paralysis. She's a top notch doctor that really listens and curates the perfect plan to tackle issues I have. It took me almost 8 months to get in when I had Kaiser insurance and needed to have referrals approved. But so glad there is a surgeon that specializes in face paralysis.

Doctors there are top-notch. They are really great... if you manage to actually schedule that surgery. But administrative staff at Harborview is horrible. The surgery scheduler, Gazelle, tried very hard to _not_ schedule my surgery. For the first time, she mentioned every reason to not schedule me for a surgery - although Dr. Weaver planned it himself, and I have excellent insurance. Then I had to schedule a follow-up surgery.
